Growth Architecture Cohort

Apply now Doors open November 30, 2026

Eight weeks. Twelve operators. One commercial system you can actually run.

The cohort is the only place I teach the whole method — the sequence behind scaling a vertical from $22M to $800M+ — and then sit with you while you build your own version of it.

Why this exists

Growth activity is not the same as a growth system.

You have revenue,
not a system.

The business is growing, but it depends on a few customers, channels or individuals.

Your business development is busy, not focused.

Lots of conversations, not enough qualified opportunities going anywhere.

Your partnerships
produce logos.

You have relationships and agreements, but not enough measurable commercial impact.

Your forecast
arrives too late.

By the time you see the miss, it is too late to do anything about it.

Who is teaching it

I have run this from inside the number.

Not as a consultant brought in to advise on it — as the person accountable for it.

$22M → $800M+

Scaled Dell’s Alternative Routes to Market (Small Business) in the Americas.

20+ years across 11 markets

Growth, partnerships and market expansion across five continents.

Eight summers before the big numbers

Sold, recruited, trained and managed high-performing teams with The Southwestern Company.

Teaching, not broadcasting

Work with founders and rising entrepreneurs through African Leadership University’s Center for Entrepreneurship, U.S. Department of State exchange programs, Dell for Startups, and executive teams globally.

Most people teaching growth have never had to defend the number in front of a board. I did it for twenty years.

What it looks like — a room small enough that everyone in it gets answered.

The eight weeks

What we actually do.

Two hours live each week, plus the work between. You bring your own numbers — every framework gets applied to your business, not a case study.

Weeks 01–02

Find where the growth is

Diagnose where growth is coming from, what is leaking, and which customers, markets and channels can realistically drive the next stage.

Weeks 03–04

Build the business development engine

Clarify who you need to win, why they should choose you, and which relationships, channels and opportunities deserve pursuit.

Weeks 05–06

Turn opportunities into revenue

Structure partnerships around clear commercial outcomes, then build the pipeline discipline to move real opportunities toward revenue.

Weeks 07–08

Run the commercial system

Pressure-test the forecast, prioritize resources and finish with a focused 90-day plan your team can continue running after the cohort.

Bonus resource

The Commercial Communication Playbook

Practical communication ideas that help you win more opportunities, build stronger partnerships and lead with credibility.

You can have the right growth strategy, the right business development targets, a sound partnership model and a full pipeline — and still stall, because you cannot explain why a customer should care, why a partner should engage, or what decision you need from the person in front of you. The playbook closes that gap, and it is yours to keep using long after the eight weeks.

  • Know your audience and what matters to them
  • Make the message clear, concrete and memorable
  • Clarify your intent before every message or meeting
  • End with a clear ask and a next step

Included with every seat.

Why twelve

Because I read every set of numbers in the room, and there is a limit to how many I can hold in my head at once.

Twelve is not a marketing number. Past twelve, the sessions become a webinar — and a webinar is not worth $4,500. Seats are offered to the waitlist in order, before anything is announced publicly.

Not the right format?

There are three other ways to work together.

If an eight-week cohort is not the right fit right now, the same commercial growth thinking can be applied through strategic advisory, Africa market and ecosystem advisory, or a focused working session with your team.
